Proper caution needed for GM crops: Javadekar
It is obvious that Shri Javadekarji is fundamentally mistaken about the true state of affairs on the ground regarding GM Trojan Horse! It is real public interest science which has come out and said that GM trials cannot be allowed. The science that Javadekar is speaking about is specialist nonsense, not science. Please be creative and not be presumptous and blurt out what some people have learned by rote. At this rate, the present government cannot be trusted to deliver for the good of all life.The left hand of the government does not know what the right hand is doing! The proper way of life as enunciated in the sara of the Gita: There is true knowledge and things are rigidly interconnected in nature and there is one changeless life in all the lives.In the separate there is the one inseparable. There is imperfect knowledge on which GM Trojan Horse will result and cannot be wished away: The existences are separate and non interacting and that is the truth! Practice before you administer and practice the truth. Science has pronounced GM is poison and stop it. Nature knows best and tinkering with it and to see whether the game change works is witchcraft and the trials will continue ad infinitum!

The editorial is devoid of scientific merit of the public interest science type and depicts powerful vested interest science in action. Deccan Herald reports how gm field trials have sabotaged rice which has just been taken off the shelves of EU which found Indian rice contaminated.See

This is not the way to make food. This is the way to make poison. Kurt Goedel's set theory, Erwin Shroedinger's What is life and true knowledge as given in the sacred Srimad Bhagavadgita prove the utter failure of the GM concept. Thus true knowledge invalidates all GM food designs. The only way to design around ignorance is production, consumption and RETURN which the Gita warns is the wheel of life and must not be violated. The votaries of GM foods are violating the Constitution of India and must be hauled up by due process by lightning track peoples' cooperation now.
